Emma García and Dennis Gonzáles win the gold at the Belgrade European Aquatics Championship. The home duet – Serbia’s Jelena and Ivan finish fourth with an energising program during EAC Day 3.

The Spanish have managed to take three gold medals in three days while Emma and Dennis entered a program with the highest technical difficulty level of all. Despite minor deductions they secured the highest step of the podium with a total of 189.7938 points. A sweep against the silver medalists Vernice and Pelati of Italy.
“This pool is stunning and I love performing in outdoor venues“, says Dennis in this post-match interview.
The Ladies’ Duets Free offered stunning performances. The pairing that stood out the most were the Dutch twins Bregje and Noortje de Broumwer who won gold. They were followed by Euro fan favorites Kate and Izzy of the UK who took silver.
