Selektor reprezentacije Srbije, Aleksandar Đorđević, poranio je sa otkrivanjem još dva imena igrača koji neće ići na predstojeći Eurobasket. Reč je o Luki Mitroviću i Marku Kešelju.
There are two names less for Serbia’s National Team shortlist, at the upcoming Eurobasket. Luka Mitrović and Marko Kešelj are no longer part of the team.
Imena precrtanih igrača je trebalo da budu saopštena tek nakon pripremnih utakmica u Izraelu. Ipak, selektor se zahvalio Mitroviću i Kešelju, te naveo da je reč o igračima na koje je moguće i u budućnosti računati, zbog iskazanog zalaganja. Nakon ovog skraćenja spiska, reprezentacija ostaje sa 14 igrača, od predviđenih 12. U pitanju su: kapiten, Miloš Teodosić, Stefan Marković, Nemanja Nedović, Bogdan Bogdanović, Dragan Milosavljević, Nikola Kalinić, Marko Simonović, Nemanja Dangubić, Nemanja Bjelica, Miroslav Raduljica, Vladimir Štimac, Zoran Erceg, Ognjen Kuzmić i Nikola Milutinov.
Predviđeno je da nakon ovog dela priprema, bude poznat konačni spisak igrača Srbije za Evropsko prvenstvo u košarci.

Coach Aleksandar Đorđević was early in shortening the list, considering his claims for the full list to be known after the team’s final preparation trip, to Izrael. Nevertheless, he thanked the two aforementioned players, stating that they have deserved for the National Team to count on them in the future, due to their hard work and dedication.
The Serbian National Team currently has 14 players, out of the necessary 12. The final roster will be known in the week to come, including two other members that won’t be going to the European championship. These are the current team members:
Captain, Miloš Teodosić, Stefan Marković, Nemanja Nedović, Bogdan Bogdanović, Dragan Milosavljević, Nikola Kalinić, Marko Simonović, Nemanja Dangubić, Nemanja Bjelica, Miroslav Raduljica, Vladimir Štimac, Zoran Erceg, Ognjen Kuzmić, and Nikola Milutinov.
