WordPress has given me a lot to chose from. It’s not all done, but I’m happy to say things are getting there. Feel free to write any suggestions and let me know what you’d like to see in the future.

Zvezda keeps it home as they beat Barcelona (90:82) in Belgrade’s Aleksandar Nikolić Hall. Their steady pace was interrupted only in the 4th quarter, but they were able to keep their guests at bay in a true Euroleague derby.

SERBIA OFF TO THE WORLD CUP
Nakon uspona i padova u kvalifikacijama i relativno mučnih 90 minuta protiv Gruzije u Beogradu, Srbija se plasirala na Svetsko prvenstvo. Golom Prijovića (74′) za minimalnu pobedu Srbije, plasirali smo se na prvo veliko fudbalsko takmičenje posle osam godina.
After a rollercoaster in the qualifiers Serbia will be going to the World Cup in Russia. A win in Belgrade of 1:0 marked a stepping stone with a lot to learn.
Nova Zvezda nadigrala Mornar
Crveno-beli u novom sastavu, uspešno su započeli novu takmičarsku sezonu. Pod komandom mladog Dušana Alimpijevića, Zvezda je savladala Mornar rezultatom 88:77 u okviru prvog kola ABA lige.
Changes
After about a week, we’re up and running again.
As you could probably tell, there was no access to the site these past few days, due to changes in the site’s hosting and pertaining issues.
The current layout may be a little rough around the edges, which will be corrected in the following days.
In the meantime, business as usual. At least when it comes to the writing.

Slovenia wins first gold
Slovenia is the new European champion. By beating Serbia (93:85) they reached a historical hight.

Serbia’s Rhapsody in Red
Serbia is in the Eurobasket finals! They beat Russia by 87:79 for a spot in Europe’s most important match.
Serbia is in the semis!
Dončić takes Slovenia to the Semis
Slovenia beat Latvia 103:97 in a tense match closed by 18 year-old Luka Dončić. Tonight’s match was a true treat for basketball fans, with a total of 200 points scored.
The prodigy scored 27 points, more than any of his team mates.
Despite a slow start, Latvia went full on in the second and third quarter, taking the lead. Their experience, both individual and group seemed like enough insurance for a ticket to the semis.
Nevertheless, Slovenia wasn’t about to simply pass off the opportunity to get a step closer to a medal. Thanks to a great 3pt performance and a cool head in the final two minutes, they are meeting Spain.
The aggressive approach on both sides made it nearly impossible to simply pick a favorite. Undoubtedly one of the best Eurobasket matches so far.
