JSL: Pregled 35. kola + vesti
Proteklog vikenda je odigrano svih osam utakmica 35. kola Jelen superlige, odnosno 5. kola superligaškog plej-ofa. Uprkos već poznatom prvaku Srbije za sezonu 2015/2016, postoji velika neizvesnost među ekipama koje se bore za opstanak u najelitnijem rangu takmičenja. U crvenoj zoni se već nalaze Jagodina i OFK, dok je Rad nešto bezbedniji.

U očekivano dobroj atmosferi, odigrana je prijateljska utakmica dva bratska kluba, Crvene zvezde i Olimpijakosa. Uprkos činjenici da je zbog nekoliko promena datuma Marakana dočekala oko dvadesetak hiljada ljudi, navijači ali i visok tempo utakmice su večerašnji susret održali na zavidnom nivou.
In a friendly match played earlier tonight Belgrade’s Red Star played a draw against their Greek brethren by 2:2. The stadium was far from packed, due to various changes in dates of this fixture, but the fans that did make it, also made sure the atmosphere was on high levels. The match itself showed goals by Petar Orlandić and Aleksandar Katai for Zvezda, with Hernani and Kasami who brought equalisers for Oly.
Leicester crowned kings
Leicester City have officially been crowned Premier League champions for the 2015/2016 season. In a year that anyone can ever hope for, the Foxes have picked up their first EPL trophy, after a 3:1 against Everton.
This also meant Kasper Schmeichel becoming part of the very exclusive football “father and son club”, by winning the Premier 23 years after his father Peter did with Manchester United.
The ecstatic fans and the even more giddy owner whose name we will all finally have to learn how to pronounce, have spent the best day in Leicester’s recorded history. A true win in modern football, over modern football.
JSL: Zvezda je šampion
Red Star becomes Serbia’s Superleague champion
Crvena zvezda je danas bodovno obezbedila titulu prvaka Superlige, u okviru 34. odigranog kola. Četvrto kolo plej-ofa donelo je veliki broj golova (ukpno 26 u 8 utakmica) i 27. šampionsku titulu za crveno-bele, koji se ovih dana ističu u više sportova. S druge strane, neizvesno će ostati u plej-aut fazi, koja će odlučiti ko će napustiti JSL i preseliti se u niži rang.

Crvena zvezda Telekom, odbranila je titulu šampiona regionalne ABA lige. Rezultatom 61:49, ukupno 3:0 u seriji, savladana je perspektivna Mega. Na gostovanju u Sremskoj Mitrovici, ekipa Dejana Radonjića istakla se svojim iskustvom i manjim brojem grešaka na terenu.
Red Star keeps their ABA League trophy by beating an undoubtedly enthusiastic opponent, Mega Leks of Sremska Mitrovica. On their third playoff match, this time away from the home court of the Pionir Hall, the Red and Whites have beat the brightly coloured Mega, by 61:49, for a total of 3:0 in the series. The trophy was lifted by Zvezda’s two captains, Branko Lazić and Luka Mitrović who was away most of the season, due to a knee injury.

Proteklog vikenda odigrano je sedam od predviđenih osam utakmica 32. kola Jelen superlige. Susret između Borca i Zvezde, odložen je zbog ubistva navijača crveno-belih u Čačku. U međuvremenu, Čukarički je savladao Partizan, dok je u Subotici viđena prava goleada.
JSL: Pregled 31. kola
Proteklog vikenda, odigrano je svih osam predviđenih utakmica 31. kola Jelen superlige. Dva remija, od kojih jedan u Večitom derbiju i nijedna utakmica bez golova, epilog su minulog kola.
U odbranu sporta od bezumlja
Srbija je poznata kao zemlja u kojoj se sport doživljava posebno strastveno. Uz balkansku strast i jedinstvenu perspektivu sporta, po kojoj se izdvajamo u svetu, tokom protekle dve decenije došlo je do zaokreta. Ljubav prema sportu i klubu je počela da se izjednačava sa činovima suvišne agresije.

Red Star bids a Euroleague farewell
Crvena zvezda Telekom, izgubila je večeras i treću utakmicu protiv moskovskog CSKA u okviru Top 8 faze Evrolige. Poraz rezultatom 71:78, označio je i kraj učešća crveno-belih u Evroligi. Odličan početak, bio je u kontrastu sa nešto slabijom završnicom, koja ipak nije umanjila ukupni učinak srpske ekipe, znatno skromnijeg budžeta.
Despite an early lead and an active result throughout the match, Red Star lost their final Top 8 match against Moscow’s CSKA, ending their Euroleague series for the season. A strong game from the team lead by coach Dejan Radonjić wasn’t easily overshadowed by Euroleague’s richest squad, as the final result was 78:71 for CSKA.
