Košarkaši Srbije započeli su Eurobasket pobedom nad selekcijom Holandije rezultatom 100:76. Konačan ishod našeg prvog meča u okviru Grupe D nije se dovodio u pitanje ni nakon treće četvrtine, a očekivanja od ovog novog tima su visoka.

Košarkaši Srbije nadigrali su Grčku (100:94) u napetom meču kvalifikacija za Mundobasket pred oko 20.000 navijača. Dugo očekivani obračun Jokić – Janis nije razočarao. Nakon zvuka sirene čeka se prvo medicinski izveštaj o stepenu povrede Vasilija Micića, a zatim su misli usmerene ka gostovanje u Turskoj.

Crvena zvezda se nije plasirala u Ligu šampiona nakon remija u Beogradu protiv Makabija iz Haife (2:2). Ostaje žal zbog odličnog prvog poluvremena i neiskorišćene prilike da se na stadionu ”Rajko Mitić” ponovo raširi voljena mušema. Ove sezone crveno-bele čeka Liga Evrope.
Red Star were unable to enter the Group stage of the Champions League after drawing against Maccabi Haifa (2:2) in Belgrade. Srpski vaterpolisti osvojili su srebro na Svetskom juniorskom prvenstvu u pravom meču za finale. Nakon peteraca Mađarska je bila bolja (16-15) i preuzela svetsku krunu. Uprkos porazu mladi Delfini pokazali su se kao dostojni naslednici sadašnje trofejne seniorske generacije.
Hungary beats Serbia in the Youth Worlds final after a penalty shootout and a tense tempo throughout the match. The players of coach Robert Covacs have entered the match with full force and managed to maintain focus to the very end. Nevertheless, the young players of Team Serbia have proven themselves as worthy heirs to the current A-team.

Srbija se plasirala u finale Svetskog prvenstva za juniore u Beogradu nakon pobede (11-7) nad iznenađenjem turnira – Holandijom. Boriće se za zlato protiv Mađarske.
Team Serbia beat the Netherlands after a 0-3 series by the guests. The Dolphins managed to avoid shock and impose their game starting the 2Q, pulling up their defense. Serbia will be meeting Hungary in fight for the World Youth gold.

Srpska reprezentacija savladala je Hrvatsku (12:7) u četvrtfinalu Svetskog prvenstva za juniore u Beogradu, nakon napetog prvog poluvremena. Očekivanja za narednu fazu na maksimumu.
Serbia beat Croatia (13:7) after a tense first half and an initial lead for team Croatia. The Dolphins now await for their rival in the World Semis which will be played tomorrow at 20:30.

Srbija je savladala Italiju (16-13) u poslednjoj utakmici grupne faze na SP za juniore u Beogradu. U četvrtfinalu čeka boljeg iz duela Australija – Hrvatska.

Vaterpolisti Srbije savladali su selekciju Sjedinjenih Država na startu Svetskog prvenstva za mlade u Beogradu (17:9).
